Customer Service Representative OTX

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative in the OTX team, you are responsible for realizing a perfect order flow, from order intake to invoicing for our customers in the Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg markets. You follow up the entire process.

Moreover, you register and handle incoming complaints. You formulate ideas to avoid these complaints. Finally, you offer support in processing marketing campaigns (samples, free products, creating relationships, ...).

You are part of the OTX team and report directly to the Teamleader Customer Service OTX.


  • You have a Bachelor's degree.
  • You are perfectly bilingual - Dutch & French; knowledge of other languages ​​such as German or Italian is a plus;
  • You are customer-oriented;
  • You are communicative;
  • You are good with numbers;
  • You are meticulous;
  • You can set priorities and are eager to learn;
  • You have a healthy dose of enthusiasm and you are a team player;
  • You are interested in micro-nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
