As Marketing Manager Benelux you are responsible for:
- the development of the marketing strategy for Benelux in cooperation with the marketing and sales department, taking into account the specific needs of the Benelux customers being doctors, pharmacies, therapists and other health care professionals;
- setting up promotional campaigns to boost sales, customer satisfaction and brand awareness in the Benelux;
- the management of the short and long term marketing plan and marketing budget for Benelux;
- the coordination of internal and external marketing communications for the Benelux market.
In this position, you will be supported by a marketing team, which you will lead. You report to the Marketing Director Europe and work closely with the sales department.
You have a master's degree, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within FMCG, the food or pharmaceutical sector. In addition to being commercially oriented, you are also a team player, motivator and people manager. You have a passion for a healthy lifestyle. In addition to being driven and result- and solution-oriented, you have strong communication, social and commercial skills.
